A note before you read
This Cookie Notice supplements the Privacy & Data Protection Policy of LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SMART EXPERIENCE” (the “Developer”) and explains how the website https://99pelicans.com uses cookies, local storage and equivalent technologies. The legal framework comprises Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy Directive) and its national implementations — in particular § 25 of the German Telekommunikation-Telemedien-Datenschutz-Gesetz (TTDSG) and § 165 of the Austrian Telekommunikationsgesetz (TKG 2021).
What Are Cookies?

- Analytics cookies and any third-party tracking technologies are deployed only after your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG / § 165(3) TKG).
- Functional cookies, where present, are deployed only after your explicit consent on the same basis.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing — see Section 5 below.

3.3. Functional (consent required)
The website does not currently set any functional cookies. If this changes (for example, to remember a language preference), this section will be updated and the consent banner will be re-displayed.
3.4. Marketing & Advertising
The website does not currently use any marketing, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. No social-media tracking pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Reddit etc.) are deployed.
Sub-processors and Data Recipients
By granting analytics consent, you accept that anonymised usage data is shared with the third-party providers listed in Section 3.2 above. A complete and current list of all data sub-processors used by the Developer (including hosting, payment and analytics) is maintained in Section 5 of the Privacy & Data Protection Policy.
How to Manage or Withdraw Your Consent
You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time. Effects are immediate and apply to future processing only.
- Re-open the consent banner: clear the
99p_ccentry via your browser’s site data settings (Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → View permissions and data stored across sites → 99pelicans.com) and reload the page. The banner will reappear. - Block or delete cookies in your browser: all major browsers let you block third-party cookies, delete existing cookies on demand, or refuse new ones by default. - Opt out of Google Analytics globally: install the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Withdrawing analytics consent does not affect strictly necessary cookies, which remain required for the site to function.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Where cookies result in the processing of personal data (for example, IP-anonymised analytics telemetry), you may exercise the GDPR rights set out in Section 13 of the Privacy & Data Protection Policy — right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), withdrawal of consent and the right to lodge a complaint with a national supervisory authority.

The Developer may update this Cookie Notice from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies actually deployed, in sub-processor arrangements, or in legal requirements. The current version is always available at https://99pelicans.com/cookies with the Effective Date and Version number. Where the change introduces new categories of cookies or sub-processors, the consent banner will be re-displayed and prior consent re-collected.
